Can you tell what we're having?

Well, if you look at the picture on the top left, you can see that we are having.....another girl. No, Andy says we are not going to try for a boy. I guess it's up to Gene & Clarence to carry on the Ulat name:)

The top left picture is her foot, and the bottom right is her hand. She is extremely active and butt-down right now. Only 18 weeks to go:)

I hesitate...

I hesitate to put these picture up for fear that some weird pervert will download them. On the other hand, if we ever lost these pictures I would hope that someone would have downloaded them so that I can get a copy when it comes time to embarrass her at her wedding. This is a Savanna Grace outfit. As you can see, she has fitted herself with a red string strappy heel, an upside down bikini top, and mommy's sunglasses. The accessories include a pair of princess undies and lavendar socks.

And we thought Kennedy was the crazy one!

Fall is here

Manual labor is cheap around here!! The girls and I got out our rakes yesterday. They helped rake the leaves into a pile and eventually to put them in a bag. In between, they jumped and played, and basically ruined all of the piles. This was a good day for mommy's heart!!!

Spring is gone

The bikes will be put away soon:(

Ocean City

As some of you know, my dad died of a brain tumor on August 16th. After the funeral, Andy and I took the girls to Ocean City for a much needed breather. My Aunt Kathy and her two kids went with us, along with my Aunt Ronnie and her daughter Kim's family. The girls had so much fun running on the beach with Daddy, playing in the sand with their second cousins, and eating a lot of sandy snacks. Later that night we went to the boardwalk to ride rides and pick up a few tasty treats (Boardwalk fries and funnel cakes) while we shopped for souveniers. My dad used to take us here as kids all of the time. It really felt like he was there with my kids having fun!

Kennedy got to ride a few rides with mommy and Savanna, but Savanna's the one who ventured out and rode all of the big-kid rides. She's not scared of anything these days!!!

Kennedy's birthday

Kennedy Elise Ulat turned two-years old on Sept. 7th. She got so many presents that she didn't know what to do with herself. She got an Elmo cake since she likes Elmo a bit, and a ham dinner. Her latest words/phrase are "I don't know," "OKAY!!!," and many other little sassy numbers. The other day I got her out of the bathtub and went to put on her pajamas. When she saw them, she started crying and screaming, "NO!!!" I asked her what was wrong, and she held up the PJ's saying, "Why'd you pick this? Why'd you pick this?" She proceeded to get out another set of PJ's, held them up to me through tears streaming down her face, and said "This one Mama!"

On the up side, she has learned (from her big sister) her numbers from 1-10, her ABC's, and how to sing "Where is Thumbkin." She makes us laugh everyday, and keeps me busy as she is in to EVERYTHING!
